Homemade cookies are the best, and that's why we don't really buy any store bought cookies. It's rare to see brands put this much effort into their cookies. Misscocoa offers no additive, no baking powder, no artificial color, no unnatural flavors, and no genetic modified products. I am especially excited about tasting these mini butter cookies due to their excellent pipping skills!

收到包裹的時候，再怎麼搖，都沒有感覺到東西移動，打開箱子才知道蜜思可可Misscocoa在貨運上的用心！

這應該是我看過最短的成分表！
想要吃得健康，讓我們學習選擇食材，即使是點心，也要翻過來包裝看看成分表，食材最好越簡單越好，而且每一樣食材都要你可以馬上判別，有些市售的點心，成分表長的嚇人，除此之外，還有好多成分是我看不懂的（通常那些就是非天然的添加物）。
I was so comforting to find their ingredients list is sooooooo short! There are only butter, sugar, flour, corn starch (Non GMO), and flavor from the wholesome ingredients. Other than my homemade cookies, these are one of the very few cookies that have absolutely no additive.
其實鐵盒乍看下真的不大，大部分的奶酥餅乾都是以鐵盒包裝，因為奶酥餅乾超級容易碎。
Butter cookies are so easy to break, that's why most butter cookies are packaged in the tin.
打開鐵盒真的有點被嚇到，餅乾裝得滿滿的，排得剛剛好、緊緊的，也可以避免餅乾碰撞碎裂的可能性。
The color arrangement is definitely the highlight of Misscocoa's cookies.
仔細看看，原來餅乾總共有兩層，雖然鐵盒乍看之下蠻小的，但是打開鐵盒之後看到裡面的份量，真的很足夠，我們這次品嚐的是「手工小花曲奇餅乾經典4MIX繽紛組合春節賀歲限定版」。
There is a total of two layers within the tin can. All cookies are almost identical and that really shows a lot of control they put into their cookies. The tin comes with four different flavors, Chocolate, Original, Raspberry, Green Tea.
常常這種不同口味包裝在一起的餅乾，味道都會互相傳染，到最後反而吃不到原本的味道了，所以當我品嚐每一種蜜思可可Misscocoa的餅乾的時候，真的很驚奇每一種口味還是保有它們原本的味道。我猜想也許是每一個餅乾都各別放在小紙杯中，又很整齊緊密的排放！
Normally, I don't like to buy cookies or pastries that are packaged together with different flavors. I personally prefer separating different flavors in separating packages, so the flavors won't be able to mix within themselves.
I was so surprised to find that the flavors are still very vibrant on their own. Putting each cookies in the individual paper cups really help!
巧克力/ Chocolate：
法國可可粉 / French Cocoa Powder
蜜思可可Misscocoa的口味都淡淡的，鬆鬆的口感，入口即化，有黑巧克力的味道。吃了用天然食材的甜點，你才會恍然大悟其他市售點心加了多少添加物才能有那種強烈的香味和味道。
The flavor is very timid. The chocolate cookies is not very sweet, you can totally taste a bitter aftertaste from the cocoa.
原味/ Original：
比較有奶味，有點像奶粉的感覺，鬆鬆的餅乾，一放入嘴巴就化掉的感覺，如果加入香草應該會讓口味更上一層樓。
Very milky flavor. Since the cookies just melts in your mouth without any chewing, it tastes a lot like powdered milk.
覆盆子莓果/ Raspberry：
這個粉紅真的好夢幻，蜜思可可Misscocoa的顏色都粉粉的，前味甜甜的，後味有莓果酸酸的味道，吃了酸甜味比較不會膩。
Misscocoa's cookies all come in baby colors, they are so cute. I think these cookies will be so great for baby showers. The raspberry cookie tastes sweet in the beginning, and the sour taste comes in later on. The flavor profile is very unique.
抹茶/ Green Tea：
有抹茶的香味，但是沒有抹茶的苦味，所有口味裡面，Steve最喜歡抹茶的。
It smells like green tea, but missing some bitterness from the green tea. This one is Steve's favorite.

以下是愛烘培的我的自白：看看這些小皺摺，真的好厲害，麵團一定要有一定的軟度，才能擠成這麼漂亮，而每一塊都長得幾乎一樣，真的不簡單。

每一個餅乾都小小的，一口一個，真的會一塊接一塊的吃，雖然是奶酥餅乾，但是拿起來，手指都不會殘留油漬，表示蜜思可可Misscocoa有特別研針對台灣人追求的少糖又少油。
Misscocoa's cookies are all in bite size, so it's easy to eat one right after another. Definitely very additive! LOL
We also enjoy the fact that there is absolutely no oil residual left on your fingers afterward.
每天下午固定到球場報到的Steve，往往回家喜歡吃一點點心，最近他愛上台灣傳統的路邊爆米香，哈哈！但是這禮拜有了蜜思可可Misscocoa可以讓他換換口味。
才剛開封一下下，就快吃光了，大家都很捧場，最重要的是，吃完身體感覺不會負擔很重！

蜜思可可Misscocoa很幽默得附上一個「越吃越瘦」的小吊卡，送人時別在提袋上，有趣又可愛，是一個很好開啟話題的方式。平常我就愛做甜點，老實說，用實在的原料、省去防腐劑或添加物、放入自然的味道製作出來的甜點，真的好吃又健康，還可以自己控制糖和油，只要不要過量，雖然不會真的變瘦，但是至少不會因此而變胖，愛吃甜點的我們從來不節制吃點心，尤其是Steve，根本是家裡的一隻大螞蟻，選擇適合的甜點真的很重要！美中不足的是，如果能夠有鐵盒內每一種口味的介紹，送禮的時候，不但可以讓品嚐的人馬上知道每一種口味特別之處，也可以把蜜思可可Misscocoa品牌故事呈現出來。蜜思可可Misscocoa對食材的堅持，真的可以吃得出來，沒有濃郁香精味道，也沒有添加物，更沒有現在人人都在意的基因改造產品，可愛的鐵盒設計，讓送禮場合可以更多元！(蜜思可可Misscocoa的網站上，團購或多買幾盒，還有優惠喔！）
Overall, we enjoy Misscocoa's cookies. It was quite refreshing to taste something storebought and so simple at the same time. The tin must be the highlight of their brand. It comes with so many different design, and you can always mix match the flavors you desired. I love the cute little tag that comes in the cookies, but it would be nice if Misscocoa can indicate each flavor somewhere in the package. So the customers can easily find out all the flavors and the story behind the scene. Definitely a great holiday gift idea!
