高雄連續下了一個禮拜的雨，下到人都快發霉了，每天都滴滴答答的，而且還不是毛毛雨，雖然只有偶爾來一陣傾盆大雨，但是大部分時間是那種出去站一分鐘保證濕的雨。下雨天，人就會懶懶的，想要多睡一點，走出門的慾望幾乎是零，還好在大雨前，點線麵就先在幫我在冷凍庫存貨。下大雨，只好在家裡一邊拍影片，一邊吃麵了！
In Taiwan, spring is usually our rainy season before all the typhoons. The rainy season usually falls in May, but we didn't get it until mid-June this year. Rainy weather reminds me of the cold winter in Minnesota. It's the type of weather that makes you want to stay at home and SLEEP/Hibernate! 總共有五種不同的口味，我先用麻醬麵示範一下最簡單的食用方式，之後再用影片和大家分享我的變化料理喔！
There are 5 different flavors of noodles in total. I am going to start with Sesame Paste Noodle, then show you later on with my special recipe videos by using the other 4 flavors of noodles.

| 每包裡面都是2人份，分開包裝，一個份量真的也很有飽足感，我也有吃不完的時候。另外一包可以放冷凍庫等下次品嚐，不用擔心打開了就一定要吃完，一餐下來，我們家每個人還可以吃不同口味的，超級方便！ Each package contains 2 servings, and each serving is packaged separately. So you don't need to worry about having leftover. The serving size is quite big, I can't finish one serving by myself sometimes. |

| 麵條好新鮮，上個月才做好的，點線麵的冷凍產品可以冷凍保存1年喔！ Wow~ The noodles are just made last month. These frozen noodles can be frozen for up to one year. |

| 每種口味都有不同的麵體配上不同的醬料包，醬料包1～3包不等，麻醬麵只有一種醬料包喔！ Each flavor has their own sauce packages, sometimes they have more than one packages to add in. Each flavors are also pairs with different types of noodles. It really brings out the excitement to try all the flavors. |

| 要吃麵咯！把麵體從包裝裡拿出來，和醬料包一起放進大碗或鍋子裡，醬料包的包裝可以耐熱到100度C，可以直接倒入滾燙的熱水，不需再加熱。 Let's eat! Take out the noodle from the package and place into a big bowl or pot along with the sauce package. The sauce package can stand the heat up to 100 degree C, so it's safe to pour the boiling hot water right over it. |

| 讓熱水蓋過麵條差不多2～3公分，幾秒鐘的時間，你可以馬上看到麵條慢慢分開，攪一攪之後，馬上是可以吃的狀態喔！ Pour the boiling water directly over the noodle and the sauce package for about 1~2 inches over. In just a few seconds, you can see the noodles start to break apart. Stir around, and it returns to it''s eatable stage. |

| 小心的倒入醬汁，醬汁好香，充滿了芝麻的香氣。我喜歡沒有過度勾芡的醬汁，沒有過多的添加物。 The sauce is pack with sesame smell. OMG I could just drink the sauce by itself. I am a huge fan of tahini! |

| 醬汁很足夠讓全部的麵條都可以吸取到，不會很鹹，很滑順，配上超級無敵Q的麵，真的好好吃。我真的從來沒有吃過那麼好吃的「方便麵」，比泡麵還要簡單又好好吃！ It gives just enough sauce to cover the entire noodle. The sauce is not overpowering, nor salty. The sesame paste makes the noodle super silky and smooth. The noodle is super bouncy and feels like it's made fresh right in front of you. It's better than any ramen/quick noodle that I have ever tasted before. |

| 麵條很Q彈，放進熱水一下就散開了，因為是熟麵，所以等到麵條散開，就可以直接放入有冰塊的碗裡面，快速冷卻。麵條並沒有因為冷水而變硬，還是保持原本的Q度。因為不是湯麵，醬汁其實用於沾醬使用，是日式冷麵柴魚醬油醬汁的味道。 The udon noodle is perfectly made and ready to eat in seconds. The sauce is not meant to be soup but as dipping sauce. It really brings out the umami flavor for the cold noodle. |

| 搭配上簡單的小菜，這一道涼涼的一餐，在炎熱的夏天更是對味，把暑氣都消除了，像是這次我特別做了酸酸甜甜的涼拌小黃瓜，用了小黃瓜：糖：醋 6:1:1的黃金比例，超級好吃！ With some topping, including tuna, pickled cucumber, pouched egg, seaweed, and baby corn veggie, this cold noodle dish is perfect for the hot summer days. |

| 乾拌麵裡面總共有三個醬料包，蔥酥、油、醬汁，我喜歡不是勾芡或粉狀的調味料，從包裝上也可以看得到所有的成分。很特別的技術，讓麵體即使涼了，還是好好吃！ This flavor comes in three sauce packages, and they all play an important role in creating the flavors. The fact that it's vegetarian shocks me, because it doesn't taste like vegetarian at all! |

| 利用板豆粉來取代蒼蠅頭的碎肉，脆脆的豆粉，一樣的口感，但是卻少了油膩感！（要讓豆腐可以脆脆的訣竅就在於「鹽」，趕快點閱影片看看我怎麼做的吧！） Use tofu to mimic the traditional Asian dish. The crunchy tofu is the best. Click on the link above to see How I made my tofu this crunchy! |

| 麵體是屬於像刀削麵的感覺，比較粗，雖然感覺份量比較少，沒有幾條麵，但是超級有份量，我一個人一份都吃不完！ The spicy noodle use the thicker version of the noodle. Even though the portion looks smaller, I feel so satisfied and full after eating it. |

| 點線麵的醬料包都不是很鹹，直接拌麵剛剛好，如果在麵裡加入其他青菜，可以自己再調整味道喔！這次我加入一些冷凍菠菜和切片的紅蘿蔔，拌入麵和的時候，好香，口水都要留下來了，對於接下來的辣椒醬料，真的要手下留情，我只有放不到一半，對不太吃辣的我們，就已經是極限，加入幾片起士，可以減緩辣度。 There are two sauce packages. One creates flavor, and the other adds the spiciness. Adding in a couple slices of melted cheese can ease the spiciness, even though we still be pretty spicy. (By the way, I only added in less than half package of the spicy sauce...) |

| 醬包有兩個，比較大的醬包應該是，很香，有肉燥的感覺，但是不會辣。小包的則是辣的醬包，點線麵的辣醬，不是辣，而是麻，它不會讓你辣到難以下嚥、眼睛流淚，也不會燃燒你的喉嚨，但是保證你的嘴唇都是麻麻的，Steve一邊吃，一邊和我說他的嘴唇麻到沒有感覺了！哈哈！ Their spiciness creates a numbing feeling on your lips, but it won't make your throat burned. It only makes you want to keep eating it! Haha~ |

| 味增拉麵的醬包是用味增調製而成的，點線麵的醬包都是液體狀的，和麵條一起冷凍包裝，所以剛從冷凍庫拿出來是屬於固體冷凍的狀態，醬料的包裝都可以耐熱到100度C，所以可以直接隔水加熱喔！看得出點線麵不但對麵條很用心，連醬汁也不馬虎喔！ I can tell the flavor is from the real miso. The sauce is in the liquid form, not powder. This is such a homey dish. Steve never finishes the soup while eating noodle soup or any kind of ramen, but he for sure ate the whole thing this time. His love for miso soup is for real! |
相信大家應該都看得出來我們家真的很少吃肉類，紅肉更是很難得才會吃一次，我們希望吃東西可以因此獲得能量和體力，不是吃完就太撐要睡覺。能夠把蔬菜加進去餐點裡，是我們每一餐都堅持的原則。點線麵能夠用特別的技術把煮熟的麵條在8分鐘內冷凍到零下35度，急速冷凍下，能夠保持麵條的水分，加熱後，馬上可以回到原來的Q度。比泡麵更快速的料理，還可以那麼好吃和無添加物，真的是太驚奇了，連不會煮飯的媽媽都可以自己下廚咯！
We love to incorporate as much as vegetable in our diet. We want to gain energy from the food, not be in the food coma! I love the fact that PLN Food Co. uses the basic ingredients to make the noodle without any unnecessary additives. PLN Food Co. also uses their special techniques to freeze the cooked noodle in very short amount of time, so the noodle can obtains the liquid inside the noodle itself. It's amazing to see PLN Food Co.'s noodles can be made quicker than regular ramen noodles and taste so much better!
