There are so many things we love about these noodles: 1. It comes with many flavors from Taiwanese, Chinese, Japanese, Southeast Asian, to Italian. 2. It's so easy to make. The noodles stay frozen and can be ready to eat in just a few minutes. 3. The texture of the noodles is just like freshly made noodles. It's so tasty and you can make it right at home. 1. Prepare ingredients: The noodle is already prepared by PLN Food, so feel free to add in any ingredients you like or available to you.
2. 整理食材:料理前先把需要洗或切的食材先處理好,這樣開始烹煮時就不會手忙腳亂的。
2. Organize ingredients: Before cooking, make sure you already pre-slice or pre-wash the ingredients. It would make your cooking experience better by doing this.
3. 確定料理的先後順序:我們需要先用熱水把冷凍麵體和料理包解凍,剛好香菇可以一起進去煮。
3. Understand the Cooking Order: By understanding each ingredient, you would know which ones should go first or what ingredients can go together.
4. 開始烹煮:因為今天這個料理不需要爆香,可以先把所有食材放進去之後再打開瓦斯爐。 4. Start Cooking: I added the boiling hot water into the pan along with the frozen noodles, sauce package (the package of the sauce is heat proof), and the sliced mushroom.
不到幾秒鐘,「點線麵」的冷凍麵條就完全解凍了,輕輕用湯匙攪一攪就直接散開了。 In seconds, the noodle from "PLN Food" already broke apart and back into the eatable form.
當麵條完全受熱,不到一分鐘,其實就是已經可以吃的狀態了,超級方便的。 Once the "PLN Food"'s noodle breaks apart, and completely heat through. The noodle can be eaten immediately, this only takes less than a minute.
趕快把麵條撈起來,讓其他食材可以繼續烹煮。依照先後順序放入剩下的食材,這次我是放水煮蕃薯葉,和青醬超級對味,喜歡蒜味的人,也可以再這個時候放入一些蒜末。 Because the noodle is already cooked, I took the noodles out and let the rest of the ingredients to cook.
當所有食材烹煮到你喜歡的軟硬度,就可以倒入醬汁了,「點線麵」的醬汁非常講究,連份量都掌握的恰到好處,不會太多,也不會太少。 Once your topping is cooked through, you can pour in the pesto sauce. I love "PLN Food" provides just enough amount of sauce, not too much, not too less.
讓醬汁完全受熱,也讓還沒有調味的配菜吸取醬汁的味道,因為有醬包,所以我都會等到最後才做味道的調整。 P.S. 加了配菜,可以減低餐點的鹹度喔! I didn't season the topping at all, so now I gave a little time for the topping to soak up the sauce. P.S. The reason I like to add more greens or other topping in the noddles, because it can cut down the saltiness in the dish.
為了加一點脆度,我撒了一小把杏仁果切片在醬汁中。 I sprinkled some sliced almond in the sauce for a little crunch.
準備關瓦斯咯! Let's turn the heat off!
把醬汁倒在麵體上,並灑上酵母粉,雖然是酵母粉,但是有起司粉的味道和口感,即使是蔬食主義者,也可以享受起司味道喔! Then I poured the sauce over the noodles. Sprinkle the nutritional yeast on the top for a little of cheesy flavor.
Let's eat! The whole meal took less than half hour, and it tasted healthy and yummy.
P.S. Having a little cheese flavor inside the pesto pasta is so important, so feel free add in parmesan cheese or any other kind you like! It really makes a difference on the flavor.

經典紅醬麵 Classic Tomato Sauce麵體好吃就不用說了,利用這個QQ的麵條配上義式經典的紅醬,把義大利麵變高級了!這是很正經的蕃茄紅醬,少了一點甜味和一般會在紅醬出現的義式香料,但是可以輕易在烹煮上自己做調整,加一點像是羅勒、奧勒岡、百里香、迷迭香、西洋芹,這些都很對味,也可以直接用半湯匙的砂糖來增加甜味,「點線麵」的醬料通常是希望直接拌進去麵體裡,有時候淋上去,如果沒有馬上食用,會感覺比較乾一點,比較難拌開。烹飪有趣的地方就是可以一邊品嚐,一邊調整味道。 Classic Tomato Sauce is basically the res sauce, the chewy noodles give a new look for the basic pasta. Although I think the sauce could add a little more sweetness and Italian seasoning, but you can always make your own adjustment during the cooking process.
利用碎碎的硬豆腐在烤箱內慢慢烘乾,成為類似肉末的口感,加到紅醬內,配上香菇和洋蔥,喜歡甜一點的口感,可以再放一小湯匙的糖,超級對味喔!歡迎到我們的YouTube看看如何做出這道菜喔! I crumbled the firm tofu in the sauce and let it slowly dehydrate in the oven. The tofu will become a minced meat texture after 20 minutes in the oven. I added the tofu crumble, mushroom and onion in the red sauce to become my own vegan bolognese sauce. You may add a teaspoon of sugar to increase the sweetness of the sauce, and it tastes so well together. Please feel free to go on our Youtube channel to see how I made this meal.
咖哩叻沙麵 Curry Laksa Sauce Noodle 叻沙來自新加坡,是一種辣辣都是又有椰奶味道的料理,香辣的口感是很多亞洲人喜歡的,因為我們家不太吃辣,所以我利用「點線麵」的咖哩叻沙麵來製作春捲,利用生菜來減低辣味,包在越南春捲皮裡面,超級好吃! 這應該是這五種口味裡面最辣的,但是有濃濃的椰奶味,我沒有吃過傳統的拉薩麵,但是很有東南亞食物的口味。「點線麵」的叻沙麵是傳統的叻沙湯麵,所以應該是要多加水的,但是為了變化為春捲,可以建議減少醬料的用量,熱湯配上QQ的麵條,香辣的椰奶味,超級好吃! Laksa is a Singaporean dish. It's really flavorful, spicy and with some coconut milk taste. We don't really eat a lot of spicy food in our family, so I came up with the idea to wrap the noodle inside the spring roll with other vegetables. It really cuts down the spiciness.
我真的要老實說,本來我也有為這道菜準備了短片,但是不知道為什麼影片的檔案就在記憶卡消失了。。。讓我好難過! I have to be honest, I actually already made a video for this dish. But the file mysteriously disappeared in my memory card. I was really sad that I couldn't show you guys how I made this.
在越南春捲皮裡面,我包了一口叻沙麵、紅蘿蔔絲、小黃瓜、蒜頭奶油拌炒的蝦子,在炎熱的夏天吃春捲,真的很開胃! Inside the spring roll, I wrapped in Laksa noodles, shredded carrot, sliced cucumber, and stir fried shrimps in the garlic butter. It's so refreshing to have this in the hot summer days.
南洋綠咖喱麵 Southeastern Green Curry Noodle我從小就超級喜歡咖喱,什麼口味的咖喱我都愛,看到綠咖喱,我超級開心的,綠咖喱是利用香料和椰奶做出來的咖哩醬汁,「點線麵」的不容易煮爛,放到醬汁中,可以完全吸取醬汁也不會糊掉。雖然有一點小辣,但是是我們還可以接受的範圍,不會吃到滿身大汗,椰奶減緩了辣度,但是很夠味,喜歡泰式咖哩的人,一定會喜歡! Green curry is one of my favorite curry. The green curry paste is made from many spices and coconut milk, it's creamy and a little spicy. The noodle from "PLN Food" is amazing, it stays pretty chewy texture even if I let it cook in the sauce for a little longer. I like it especially when the noodles are coated in the sauce.

蘑菇白醬麵 Mushroom with White Sauce Noodle 白醬一直是媽媽的最愛,每次吃義大利麵都指定要白醬,為了媽媽,我還特別研發了一個超級好吃的白醬,往往我都要做一大鍋的白醬分批放到冷凍庫,這樣我們就可以隨時有好吃的白醬可以加入料理,通常我在家都是做普通的白醬,不會有特定口味,這樣之後的料理可以有更多種變化,「點線麵」的蘑菇白醬有超級濃郁的蘑菇味,配上奶香,真的很對味,我們很喜歡這個口味,真的不用再添加其他味道就很好吃了,這應該是唯一一個醬汁我們希望可以多一點,好吃到吃完可以舔盤子了!哈哈! White sauce is mom's favorite. I always have to make a big batch of the white sauce at home. Package the sauce in several containers and freeze in the freezer. So we can always have freshly made creamy white sauce any time! We love this sauce so much that we hope there is more!!
其實光用「點線麵」的醬料包就已經很足夠了,為了媽媽,還是多加了幾湯匙我們家自製的白醬,多加了好多配菜,增添簡單的麵條一點趣味性。菠菜麵沒有菠菜的味道,不但可以不知不覺吃到綠色蔬菜,更可以讓餐點看起來有更多顏色,不會只是白色配上白色。 The sauce comes in the package is actually enough to make the dish, but we love white creamy sauce so much that we have to add a little more. The noodle is infused with spinach, so it gives some pop of color in the dish.

https://youtu.be/FX5RWMGz71M?t=4m57s 整體上,我們很喜歡「點線麵」的冷凍麵條,他們的技術讓麵條因為快速冷凍而保有新鮮麵條的Q度,重新加熱就可以馬上回到新鮮麵條的口感,烹煮上比泡麵更簡單、更健康。「點線麵」也很貼心依照一人份量包裝,一次只要從冷凍庫拿一個出來烹煮就可以來。「點線麵」的醬料包有好多種不同的口味,至少10種不同醬料,增添吃飯的樂趣!中英文包裝,讓Steve 偶爾也可以下麵給我吃,哈哈!唯一美中不足的地方,有少數幾種醬料包是屬於辣味的,雖然不是超級無敵辣,但是對我們家來說,已經太辣了,如果可以保持味道,但是辣醬分開包裝,讓消費者可以自行挑戰辣度就好了! Overall, we are very impressed by "PLN Food". The noodles are very tasty and easy to make. You can cook the noodles faster than traditional ramen noodles. There are more than enough flavors (we had tried 10 different flavors so far) for you to play around in your meal plan. Steve loves the fact that all packages have English translation on it, it certainly becomes more appealing and friendly to any non Chinese speakers. Although we are very pleased with this tasting experience, we are hoping maybe "PLN Food" can have the spicy sauce and regular sauce packaged in different packages in some of the spicy flavors. 寬心園位在明誠路上,但是店家是凹進去的,有一種戶外中庭的感覺,所以真的沒有太顯眼,很容易一下就錯過了,但是就像他們的名字一樣,有一種讓心寬敞的感覺。 Even though Easy House is right on the main street, the store is kind of caved in. It's easily to be missed.
門口有一個小沙坑,兼具了美觀和實用,二樓用餐環境都可以往下清楚看到中庭,有孩子的家庭用餐時,也可以讓寶貝們到沙坑遊戲,家長也放心! There is a sand pit in the court yard area in front of the Easy House. So while family having a good dining experience on the second floor, the parents can watch over their kids playing downstairs. It's really quite a quaint and functional court yard design.
門口一進去是一個玄關,餐廳位在二樓,一上樓,馬上就有服務生帶位,懸空的樓梯下是一個活水池,餐廳整體設計非常「禪風」,讓我們一從繁忙的明誠路走進來,就感覺到了另外一個平靜的世界。 The entrance of the Easy House is on the first floor, but there is no dining area on the first floor. One word to describe Easy House is "Zen"!
寬心園不只有單點的菜單,也有提供雙人或四人的套餐,雖然是套餐,但是每一道都有多項選擇,不只省錢,更可以多加嘗試不同的料理喔! Easy House offers variety of dishes, and they also offer set menu with many different options for group of two and four. It's very thoughtful!
因為座位有限,所以寬心園貼心建議大家要提早預約,當我們到了的時候,餐桌/餐具都準備好給剛好的人數,好棒的服務。餐盤都很漂亮,幾乎都是陶燒的餐具,有很和諧的配色。 There are not many seats in Easy House, so it's better to make a reservation ahead of the time. Since we made reservation in advanced, our table was ready for us as soon as we got there. I love the plates/bowls they used in the restaurant, the style really goes with the entire restaurant.
我們喜歡採光好的餐廳,不喜歡摸黑吃飯,哈哈!寬心園的座位設計不會很擁擠,給用餐的人一點隱私,吃飯還要聽隔壁桌的八卦,那種感覺沒有很好。 The restaurant has good lighting, and the lighting makes the food looks sooooo delicious in the pictures. Wait, don't get me wrong, their food is actually pretty good.
寬心園招待我們兩種小菜,第一道是「涼拌辣黃瓜」,酸酸、甜甜、辣辣、脆脆、涼涼的小黃瓜,超級開胃,辣味是慢慢咬到最後才感覺得到,不會太辣,但是真的有一點辣度喔! Easy House provided us two free appetizers, and here is the first one, "Spicy Cucumber Salad". This is quite tasty to be honest, it's in perfect crunch and flavors. The spice is not overpowering and also has a kick afterward.
第二道小菜是「五香豆乾」,這是我從小就愛吃的,很入味喔! The second appetizer is "Braised Dried Tofu". The flavor is really good, and Steve likes it for the first time. He is usually not a big fan of the braised dried tofu in the past. I was really surprised.
「紅藜飯」 在家裡,我們很少吃白飯,通常是五穀米或糙米配上藜麥,有一種很熟悉的感覺。 "Red Quinoa Rice" Quinoa has officially replaced the white rice in our household, it tastes good and also less refined.
「老皮嫩肉」 這是用雞蛋豆腐做的,配上香菇肉燥,超級下飯,也許是因為我們本來就不吃很多肉類,這道菜有點滷肉的感覺,Steve 可能太餓了,光是這道菜就把半碗紅藜飯吃完了。 "Egg Tofu in Mince Mushroom Sauce" It's going to be a bit hard for me to translate the dish in Easy House, since they make all the dishes sound really nice with non-vegetarian name. The egg tofu is nothing like the regular tofu, it's way more tender and silky. The mushroom sauce tastes just like a meat sauce, and it really compliments with the tofu.
Steve 可能太餓了,光是這道菜就把半碗紅藜飯吃完了。 We really enjoyed this dish. It's really flavorful and goes well with the quinoa rice.
「高山烏龍茶(熱)」,可以免費回沖。透明的茶壺可以看到裡面的茶葉,很香的烏龍茶,溫溫的茶搭配著餐點,讓我們可以慢慢享用,吃飯也感覺不會那麼急。 "Hot Oolong Tea" Oolong tea is known for their fragrance. Don't underestimate this teapot, this teapot is quite good preserving the heat for the tea. We were really impressed when we found the tea are still warm by the end of the meal.

「繽紛彩蠅頭」 看了菜名就知道這是取自於蒼蠅頭料理,一般蒼蠅頭是碎肉和韭菜下去拌炒,寬心園改版成切丁的蘆筍、甜椒和香菇丁,有一點辣辣的,就像原版的蒼蠅頭一樣的口感,真的讓我們很驚奇。 "Spicy Mince Asparagus, Bell Peppers and Mushrooms" This dish is inspired by one of the famous dish in Taiwan. The original flavor is coming from mince meat with chives, but Easy House recreates the same texture and flavor by using asparagus and mushrooms. It's really special with a kick of spice.
「鮮筍野菇湯」,內涵新鮮的不同菇類、當歸、枸杞、筍子,有點像辦桌的烏骨雞湯,湯頭好讚。 "Bamboo Shoots and Mixed Mushrooms Soup" The soup has a strong Chinese medicine flavor, but not overpowering. Very light and will definitely warm up your body.
吃到一半,外面下起大雨,喝一碗湯,身體也順便暖起來了! Half way through our meal, it started pouring outside. We are so glad we are inside and enjoying this delicious meal.
「京都小嫩排」,這是最後一道菜,其實雙人套餐真的份量十足,到這道菜時,我們其實都很有飽足感了,但是一聞到酸酸甜甜的小嫩排,還是開動了。 "Mashed Taro in Tofu Skin Wrap" The smell of this dish is so tangy. I just love it. You can see they uses the plum to infused the dish in order to create the acidity of the dish. I love sweet and sour stuff. Yum...
脆脆的豆腐皮包著帶點甜味的芋頭泥,外層的醬汁酸酸甜甜的,搭配起來不覺得油膩,反而覺得很好吃喔! The crunchy tofu skin that coated with the sweet and sour plum sauce is totally a match maker with the smooth and lightly sweet mashed taro inside the wrap. It's a unique dish with a complex flavor.
「古早味豆花」,甜點是寬心園特別招待的,好可愛的小陶碗配上薑糖,可以自己加減糖分,甜點一直是我最期待的。小時候,我只有表現好,媽媽才會讓我去路上叫賣的豆花的買一碗豆花,我們兩個一起吃,豆花一直是媽媽的最愛。 "Soy Bean Pudding/ Tofu Pudding with Ginger Brown Sugar Syrup" Soy Bean Pudding/ Tofu Pudding is my childhood favorite. I like the fact that Easy House let the customers control the sweetness of the pudding.
超級可愛的蓋子,打開來,是「真」的豆花,現在市面上有很多簡易作法的豆花,那種口感和傳統豆花真的完全不一樣,我還是喜歡傳統豆花那種綿密的感覺,很好吃。 The lid is super cute. Even though Steve enjoys eating tofu, and they all made from soy beans. But tofu pudding is not really his favorite.
一點點糖水其實就夠了,這樣才可以吃得到豆花的原味。 All you need is a drizzle of the syrup, so you can still taste the original flavor from the tofu pudding!

We really enjoy this dining experience. The food is well thought out and tasty, and the service was awesome. The night we went to Easy House, they were also catering to a big birthday party. I think that caused some delay in the kitchen. Even though all the dishes came out eventually, but I think it would be much nicer if all the main courses come out all at the same time. So the customer can enjoy the whole meal as a package together. In conclusion, we were really impressed by how the chef of Easy House came up with the idea of each dish, and we will definitely go back and try other dish on the menu. P.S. Hoping they can add English menu soon!
